The Uk is divided into counties and at least 44 have their own flag (official or not ) . I am sure it would be a welcome step forward. I have only recently joined Pro and love it.

FIPS regional list is divided into 234, cities, counties, borough and council areas etc. might be a big one 
but i think counties would be enough for now lol

I think if it was just the counties list then it would be an easy job. My own county flag is flown everywhere and is also widespread on the back of vehicles in its sticker form.
