Not. The country has not existed since 2010, the flag has not been available since 2011 and will never be available.

I was a little mistaken. The flag has not been available not since 2011, but since December 2012. But this is forever, and there is no mistake.

The smaller islands of St Maarten, Bonaire, St Eustatius and Saba said that the debt was mainly taken over by Curacao, the largest island and the actual city of the former Netherlands Antilles.
