    Addition of Ladakh Union Territory and restructuring of J&K as UT

    Today 31 October 2019 The state of Jammu and Kashmir of India and has been converted into an Union Territory and also Ladakh Union Territory is created.As a result would u add a new regional flag to India and also add "Union Territory" after Jammu and Kashmir.

    Jeremy, Please modify the flag counter Pro accordingly.
