This is the hardest flag to get
In my opinion, Bouvet Island, a dependent territory of Norway in the South Atlantic Ocean is the hardest to get because it's uninhabited. The only way of getting a flag from there is if a scientist doing research on that island visits your site.
If you look at pictures of the island, it basically looks like the tip of an iceberg. You have a higher chance of getting a Heard & McDonald Islands flag (another uninhabited region) or an Antarctic flag
What is your opinion?

Re: This is the hardest flag to get
If a scientist visits Bouvet Island you still wouldn't get a flag from there because the scientists laptop or whatever would still give flags from wherever the computer is based. If the island is uninhabited there wouldn't be a computer there. I wonder why an uninhabited area should have its own flag?

Re: This is the hardest flag to get
There may be some sort of satellite internet or something that will register as coming from the Bouvet Island region. I tried looking for e-mail addresses from domains ending in .bv but to no avail. This top-level domain isn't even in use since Norwegian authorities decided that use of the .no domain makes more sense as the island is a Norwegian territory.

Re: This is the hardest flag to get
I don't even know why this counts as a flag, because it is simply impossible to get a visit. Not even Google gets visits from Bouvet Island.... I vote to just take this flag off flagcounter

Re: This is the hardest flag to get
As the .bv top domain level is not in use, and there are no ISP available in the island, if you get a visit from bouvet island, it will most likey show as "Unknown - Satellite Provider".
If a permanent land-based connection were settled there, I guess it would show as "Norway"

How do you know where Google gets visits from?

Straight from Flagcounter's country list:
Internet hosts: 0 (2009)
It is impossible to get a flag from Bouvet Island, face it.

The number of internet hosts does not prove anything.
I was just wondering if Google may get visits from more then 235 countries.

Re: This is the hardest flag to get
What's more scary is that it is impossible to get a flag from North Korea, there's over 20 million people there and no internet. Even the government websites have their servers based in China or Europe.
