I know that the update of the server is finished. However, my previous data is still missing.

In that case, you need to ask Jeremy to return your visitors.
Perhaps your counter has crashed or have not been visited for 30 days.

"have not been visited for 30 days" = what does it mean?
Quite a number of visitors visit my site every day.

You can e-mail him. He's the Administrator of this forum and the Flag Counter developer, so he shouldn't be hard to find 
That means, there are no visitors to your site in the past 30 days. However if you said quite a lot of them visits every day, that would not be the case.
