    Nothing about that.
    My question (in french) was : Is it possible to include HTML TAG, on MouseOver ! I know "Blue-White-Red" flag (the HTML TAG should be "FRANCE") I know "US" flag, "UK", "Canada", "Belgium", etc... But about this one => http://s01.flagcounter.com/count2/i4xM/bg_515151/txt_CECECE/border_FAD750/columns_4/maxflags_40/viewers_..+Visiteurs+..+Visitors+../labels_1/pageviews_1/flags_0/ ????? What is this country (in full nane instead only two letters) ?

    Ohhh.... I see !!!!!! The picture you're offer to us, is a full picture ! All the flags are inside only one pic. Then, create a TAG inside it is currently impossible :-(
