No. It's not an official code yet and the country itself has no IPs.

Thank you for quick reply,
Is it helpful to provide you with a range of IP-s and name of ISP-s to map with our flag becuse since 17 February 2008 we declared independence and still we have problems with lot of sites displaying uncorrectly just because of political issues and we will really appreciate if you could help us to map our flag on our territory. If Google maps, Accuweather, Facebook started co-operate then we consider also you could do it if you have a good will. Thank you

I know. You need to speak to your internet service providers. The database which FC uses has the code of Kosovo, it's just your ISPs are lazy to reassign IPs.

Kosovo might actually be added in the coming weeks. We are seeing a handful of hits coming in that match up to the temporary code.
