Can One Incorporate US Country Flags to New State Flag Counter?
On my Country Flag Counter, I have 5,000 + visitors from the US. Is there any way they can be incorporated in my new State Flag Counter?

No I don't think so. It's a different counter, so you need to start from 0 in your new state flag counter.

I agree with Grishend. I don't think there is anyway you can jumpstart the state counter.
