What happens if you get a visit from those places? Is it counted as ES Unknown or something?

Quick research tells me they are Unknown, Spain. But I might be wrong.

And other source says that Ceuta has internet from Tangier-Tetouan, Morocco and Melilla from Oriental, Morocco. So either Unknown, Spain or those 2.

Right, I found Ceuta... It counts as Andalusia... No sign of Melilla anywhere though.

i said that 10 minutes ago....they both will as they are both now in the region of Andalusia
