So what if it is a coat of arms? It's correct. It doesn't need to be a flag... You need to adjust your site.

im using flags when possible...coa's when not
huancavelica has a flag.....simple as that....youre the one moaning they aren't correct.

They weren't correct cause they had PERUVIAN flags, not their own. Even if it's a COA, it's still correct.

well as far as im concerned if a flag is available a flag should be used....if not then a coa....if not then a country flag.
