NZ regions
The CIA World Factbook says that country has 16+1 regions, however in flagcounter there are only 15+1 (16 total) regions for NZ? Why is that?

Cause Tasman doesn't have a FIPS region code. Egypt has 27 regions too, and only 26 have a FIPS.
