How do people do these "fake visits" where one person will visit from dozens of countries in rapid succession?

It is very simple to aks how. Better would it be to start investigating, reading, thinking and trying by yourself.

My friend went to China to work, others went on holiday. "Please visit my site" I say to them.
Actually, none of them did, but it was a good plan.
