I consider it useful that a topic is being closed when the problem is no longer present for the time being.
It is very tempted to post problems with other servers at the topic if kept open. I have seen it several times and it can't be expected that such problems will be solved. So, better t close it and open a new one.
It doesn't hurt.

What exactly happened? I lost some visits and I have a First Visit from my newest regional flag twice, with only one hit...
