I have been a member of last.fm since 2002, but moved profiles. Only recently have I stuck with one full time one as I usually make them for different purposes.

So why choose me?

I make High quality journals on music, Film Reviews, Blogs and other such media

I list all the artists I know, with the background of the genre itself as a hole and I then individually review that artist via the 'artist profiles'. I have been constructing this since october 2010 and it takes years to compile even the history. So I am going to be argumentative about my work if it is just written off with 'this is just a list of artists'. May look like that when it starts out but it turns into something over time.

Then I also make reviews, top album threads and rating by year journals.

I am heavily into group leadership leading a game called Music Knowledge Challenge. With my other user I created the Obscure Music Game and now defunct Music Elite Game. These games are similar in contex but differ in certain ways.

The obscure game was an advancement on the original Music Elite Game, it took the normal set of rules and gave them meaning by giving the players a season to play under with points for survival and minus points for getting kicked.

Incidently, you get kicked from the group if the champion or the leader knows the artist you are playing through your last.fm account. It also has various other rules mentioned on the overview page.

MKC, is slightly different taking out the league play (season by season) and playing round continously throughout. I have become leader of this group and have began changing little bits to it adding in Player Profiles of which is a point system that totals up overtime. I also have implemented rewards for being a multiple championship holder of a decade , century and other challenges too.

The other things i do on last.fm is the Artist Leagues.

The artist leagues were made by a German tYhJyYsRuLeS which based a league of artists around football (soccer) matches. Each voter scores the artists between 0-0 to 3-3 with all intermediate scores. This totals up through maths and put into a footbal styled score. These are then given points for win (3), draw (1) and lose (0) and put into a league. Some of the 18 now active leagues in the FIRA (The Federal International Rock Association) have many leagues and many voters participating. Every year we also qualify these national artists to an international competition called the World Cup with losers and runners up going into the Cup of Cups.

Please show support for your nations music through these leagues. I lead Italy and Greek leagues.
