Re: Please help a starving flag collector ...
Still trying to get used to this whole social networking thing! I'll take a look at LinkedIn when I get round to it. Still busy getting to grips with building my site, it takes a lot of my time. It will definitely help that you 'Liked' my FB page, I really do need to get myself and my site seen by more people, it's the only way to make a site grow. Can't depend on people just finding your site, it rarely happens.

Eventually, you will get used social networking as the networking is what gets you read or your ideas shared. I am sure it requires a great deal of work and time to build your site, however, you are building something good.
Thus far one person on my site "Liked" the link to your site. However, instead of having him ask me questions about the site, I suggested that he explore it. I do wish that you get more hits as I do believe the site to be worthy. May good things come your way.

Re: Please help a starving flag collector ...
Thanks for your comments, Arachne, I really appreciate them. As you say, this social networking is the way to stir up a bit of interest. I'll do what I can in that regard, and I aim to do other things too. I'll probably start an ezine fairly soon, put it out about once a month, with a few comments and links to things of interest. It's all about starting a bit of a conversation, you know? Creating a site, if you just put stuff out there for people to read, becomes a bit too much of a one-way street. It needs input from visitors. Hopefully, with things like this Flag Counter, I'll be able to reach lots of people in a kind of tangential way, and some of them are going to be like you, interested in the positive aspects of fhe mind.
Like I said, my site's primarily about memory improvement, but without positivity that's a bit pointless really. Making the most of yourself and your possibilities has got to be among the most important things a person can strive for.
I'll call in on your page again and click on the link to 'Follow' it (if I can find it! )
All the best to you, my friend. Off to bed now, it's two in the morning here in the UK.
Take it easy!

The reason why I suggested Linkedin is to generate discussions based on the subject matter YOU wish to discuss. You have the opportunity to open a thread within the many groups and thus start the ball rolling. Linkedin would be ideal because it would allow you to share your mind while gathering those of like mind to have them share their's. After you create a discussion in a group, you can always drop your link into the text of the comment you write. You would be surprised how many hits you would be able to generate in that manner. However, more important than the hits are the discussions that will have your mind shake and quake with new input. Try it as you just might like it.
