Please help a starving flag collector ...

My poor little Flag Collector feels like it's starving. Very, very sad.

My website, www.real-memory-improvement.com, has just got its very own Flag Collector, but it's very lonely and sad (and starving). It needs companionship. Lots more flags to keep it company. Flags from all over the world. I've told it I'll repay the compliment by visiting all the nice people's sites when they drop by mine. That brought a little smile to its sad, dejected face. Then it was sad again, all of a sudden. Pitiful to see

Visiting the site and saying hello to my little Flag Collector would be a mission of mercy, and you will be amply rewarded. We'll both think the world of you (and measure just how much of the world that is by the number of flags we get).

Please visit. Think of the poor little Flag Collector with hardly anyone to speak to, and barely a flag to wrap round itself to keep warm.   So sad.

My website is all about memory improvement. And positivity and health and fitness, which is necessary to be mentally alert. Drop by and take a look.

Re: Please help a starving flag collector ...

Welcome to these forums! I have visited your site and added a Dutch flag to your counter! It would be great if you could visit the site in my signature, but that is not a requirement of course. Good luck collecting flags!

My alternate history "If you will it, it is no dream": http://cnooij.weebly.com/   Please do feel free to visit in order to leave a flag on my counter, and perhaps even to read the alternate history if you're interested.

Arachne, thank you for visiting, and for your comments

My site is about memory improvement primarily, but I also focus on positivity, health and a good mental attitude. I'm so glad you choose to make my site a favourite. Please call back and read, specially under News and Research, there's quite a lot there that might interest you. There'll be plenty more, my site's only about 6 or 8 months old and I'm still learning.

Oh, nearly forgot, I'll visit your site as soon as I post this message!

I am very much into psychology as that is what my degree is in.  Visiting your site was refreshing as I usually have to search out such or be referred to such as I have interest in this area.  As I have favorited your site in my "science" bookmark, I will be sure to read what you have under "News and Research."

Have you looked into False Memory Syndrome?  It is an interesting topic you may want to look into.

Re: Please help a starving flag collector ...

Hi, yes, I have read about it, it's something I'll be studying a little more before I write a page about it, and I will. I try to make sure what I write is genuine, i.e. based on real events, real research, etc. Hopefully, the articles I write are interesting, factually correct, thought provoking and ... well, fascinating. I hope you enjoy reading my stuff. If you know of other who'd appreciate it, I'd love it if you'd spread the word. My site is young and needs all the help it can get right now

You know who you'd be interested to read about? Richard Bandler, guy who developed NLP. I've got a few videos of him talking to audiences. He's one of the most engaging speakers I've ever seen. Totally natural and utterly fascinating. He can invite someone out of the audience and put them asleep with a snap ... can't think of the word. It's hypnosis, done and dusted in 2 or 3 seconds. Snap induction, that's it.

He doesn't make a fool of anyone though, it's way beyond that. He allows people to be the best they can be. Helps them totally overcome any inhibitions and phobias and the like. It's truly amazing to watch. Look him up, with an interest in psychology, you'll be transfixed!

Although I have heard and read about it, I will definitely find and give the video a gander.  In the meantime, might I suggest a www.businessballs.com for useful information as it provides many categories that will be right up your alley.  Let me know how it goes.  As I did "Like" your site on Facebook, your site now appears on mine.  With hope, those few who are interested in the mind will also give it a gander.

Have you placed yourself on Linkedin yet?  There are groups in which such dicussion may occur which could give you more insight.
