hmmmmm not actually the answer i was looking for.......more like an arguement for adding a region that we had before and failed......and the reason why it should be re-added?

Taiwan and Micronesia. The latter should be completely possible now, with as many unknowns as Albania, and the former would still be probably missing one region. But that's not a tragedy...

I've changed the topic title, since I realised adding Papua and Ethiopia back would be a big mistake. But Taiwan and Micronesia should be alright
