yes..........true.............but most didn't.
i'd personally prefer a region where i have a decent chance to collect them all...............i'd rather not have a region that has 10 fips and 3 available regions with like 100 assigned ips......pointless.

Cause they will most probably work now. Most of Papua and complete Micronesia should now be available. And Taiwan always worked, but one region was impossible... Not that we've got 17 other countries with impossible regions...

Patience is a virtue. Kukes, Diber, Geghark'unik, Vayots' Dzor and Baja Verapaz are possible. Just hard. They will take time. And at least 14/18 from PY are possible too.
