Can you change Krung Thep Mahanakhon to Bangkok?
and
why are you not using the flags for regions? They all have

Krung Thep Mahanakhon is the official name.
And the coats of arms are all black and white and they all look the same.

What do you mean? Bangkok is the English name for Krung Trep Mahanakhon.
The coats of arms are not all black and white. Besides they are more different than the flag of Thailand which is now used
