For Jeremy: Santo Domingo/Distrito Nacional
Hello again
Just another quick question. It seems to me that something is wrong with those 2 Dominican regions. Distrito Nacional is supposed to be the most active and therefore the easiest of all the provinces whereas Santo Domingo is supposed to be quite rare, cause it's a very small province and not many IPs are assigned to it. Are you sure you haven't exchanged those 2?

Re: For Jeremy: Santo Domingo/Distrito Nacional
It looks like everything is configured correctly Santo Domingo does have a higher population (2,995,211 vs 1,484,789 per Wikipedia) and it looks like it was split from Distrito Nacional on October 16, 2001, so it may be possible that the split is still affecting some of the allocation.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Well, I guess we will have to wait and see. Thanks for checking it. You know, we once weren't able to get Bogota DC, cause it used to register as Cundinamarca. Then you fixed it and we can now get both. So I thought this might be the same case.
