Payment Method Paypal
Hi, I would like to upgrade to Flag Counter Pro and pay via PayPal, but I can't find that option button. (The two offered options of the Google-account and Amazon.com don't work for me.) Please tell me how I can pay via Paypal as it is mentioned a lot on this site as a payment method. Thanks!

Re: Payment Method Paypal
We are not accepting new subscriptions thru Paypal at this time.
All Paypal subscriptions require a valid credit card on file, which is all that you will need to establish a subscription using our Google Checkout or Amazon payment option.

Re: Payment Method Paypal
Well, that's really sad. I already have a PayPal account for which I don't need a credit card. Besides, I don't believe in giving all my information to Google -- they know enough about me already! And as I am not in the U.S., Amazon.com won't receive payment info from me. So, I guess I need to do with the simple version of Flag Counter until you disconnect from Google again.

Re: Payment Method Paypal
A credit card would be required to be on file to initiate a Paypal subscription if we were currently accepting them.
You should not have a problem with either the Google or Amazon payment options, both accept international payments.

Re: Payment Method Paypal
Hi Jeremy, the credit card is not the issue. But Google is not an option for me because it is a "data kraken." And amazon.com refuses service to me because as a German living in Germany I have to use the service of amazon.de. That's their policy, not mine.

Paypal don't require a valid credit card, they will accept debit cards. Google Checkout does require a valid credit card, they won't accept debit cards. The last time I looked anyway. That's why Paypal is better if you don't have a credit card.

You is right. PayPal is much easy for lot of countries where a problem open $$ credit card. I can open national currency credit card (free) and use $$ PayPal without any problem ever just for one transcation .
If I will open $$ credit card I must pay 20$ for one year service in local bank. It is crazy do for one time payment .
Jeremy , you lost your subscribers if you will not accept PayPal.

@Russians. This is true. I was going to upgrade to Pro recently, until I saw that Paypal wasn't accepted here. I don't see why I should need to have a credit card account "on file" with FC and Google to make a one-off payment.

You used to accept Paypal. Any explanation why you don't any more ? Frankenstorm Sandy ? And you talk nonsense in your last post.
