Re: Posting your code on various sites

Well, does Taringa allow images?
Dos Taringsa allows html?

If yes, it could be possible.

Re: Posting your code on various sites

Copy the flag counter html code and place it where you intend to see the counter.

Since webs.com allows images to be added to a site, it is very likely that you could do it with webs.com.

Share your experience for other users and tell us how it works.

Re: Posting your code on various sites

New to Flag Counter here. Tried to paste the code into an "image" widget in "image URL" on Wordpress's Chateau theme and it asked for width and height. I inserted 188 for width and 400 for height and Save. Then viewed my blog and below the image widget I titled "Visitors" it says "Please configure the Image widget in your widget settings". Also tried a few other widgets instead and nothing works. Any help please?

Re: Posting your code on various sites

Is there a way for the Flag Counter code to point to a secure link?  My SSL certificate is showing my site as insecure when I have the Flag Counter code in the left nav menu - because it also shows when users view their shopping cart.  If I can't get a secure link, I'm going to have to close my Flag Counter Pro account - it's not worth the potential loss of customers to have the flag counter invalidate my SSL.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'd like to keep the Flag Counter.

Thanks!

Re: Posting your code on various sites

Having the flag counter code on my site does not stop visitors - but having the security comprimized does scare off potential buyers.  Why pay for a SSL - just to have the security invalidated by unnecessary code?

Re: Posting your code on various sites

Unfortunately, we do not offer an SSL version of Flag Counter at this time.  The issue has come up once or twice in the past, see here: http://flagcounter.boardhost.com/viewtopic.php?pid=134499#p134499

Using a Flag Counter on a secure page does not in any way invalidate the security of the page, but may display a warning in some browsers.  The simple solution is to use your counter on every page, except those that are encrypted.
