Lost Flag Counter (my fault) Reset Number of Visitors
I stupidly deleted the page which had the Flag Counter on it. I have replaced the page and Flag Counter but the number of visitors has been set to 1. Can I re-set it to the number that were there before I made the error please?

if the counter has no activity for 30 days it will reset to 0, and cannot be reset
if it was less than 30 days......did you add the same code? or did you make a new code?
30 days could be your problem here

No I didn't explain very well. It's a new website created a few days ago. I created it and installed a flag counter. It was working well for a few days and I had 50 or so visitors. I then accidentally deleted the page that the flag counter was on. I had to totally re-write the page. When I re-installed the flag counter it showed zero. I wondered if I could re-set the number if visitors back to 50. Thank you for replying so quickly.

well it shouldnt be showing zero again providing you used the same code.....................

As you will gather I'm new to this. I didn't use the same code, but logged in with my website address and email address. I presumed that this would restore my original settings. Maybe I did something wrong. Thank you again.

no................well thats why.....new code=a counter with 0 flags
i suggest you add your old counter if you want to carry on as before with your existing stats
