I am still looking into that.  I agree we shouldn't be showing two Chechnyas.

As explained by my friend who is very advanced in stuff like this:

The new Chechnya contains only cities that actually are in Chechnya. The old Chechnya included also Ingushetian cities, as can be seen in any stats counter. Therefore, if we still are getting visits from the old Chechnya, they definitely are coming from Ingushetian cities, because the new Chechnya doesn't include Ingushetian cities anymore.

So, if you resetted the numbers of old Chechnya to, let's say, one, we would be able to collect genuine Ingushetian visits and our stats would remain correct. I know there is a separate FIPS code for Ingushetia, but it either overlaps with the old Chechnyan one (which is likely) or is not in use.

No. OLD Chechnya is now Ingushetia.

And Paul, well yeah, I just suggested the reset so that the stats would be more accurate...
