well.....there are 93 fips...so there should be 93 regions available is the way i see it

It is unlikely that we will be able to do that. I expect that there will be improvements over time in identifying these regions.

Okay 
And Ingushetia? If you renamed the 'old' Chechnya to Ingushetia and possibly reset the numbers to 1, it will be correct. All those visits that currently count as the old Chechnya are Ingushetian.

Maybe some regions you can check. Not all but somes.
But Chechnya on Ingushetia you can change.
