This is actually not cheating or anything like that, it's a legitimate way to force the regions to count correctly...

Jeremy, please, at least reset the ''old'' Chechnya and rename it to Ingushetia. It sucks seeing Ingushetian hits still being counted as the old Chechnya and Chechnyan hits being counted as the new one...

It's not about it being a duplicate. It's about the fact that the visits that are still counted into the 'old' Chechnya are Ingushetian and those that are counted into the 'new' one are Chechnyan... That's why the old one should be renamed to Ingushetia and possibly resetted to start from zero.

That's easily explainable.

Komi-Perm now counts as Permskiy Krai (one of the new regions that were added after the mergers)
Ust-Orda now counts as Irkutsk, cause they merged and have a new common FIPS
Aga is now in Zabaykalskiy Krai together with Chita, with a new FIPS
And Evenk is now a part of the new Krasnoyarsk.

Hope that explains it all.
