Re: Comment postings
Pardon me for being a bit thick - but I don't get it?!!?
I have a Flickr Pro account and a Flag Counter paid account. Whenever I upload a pic to flickr, I always, as a matter of course, comment on the pic, entering the code for my flagcounter. This puts the same counter on each pic, as the first comment.
Do I have to give the URL of the first pic in my flickr account to restore all of my pics' counters???

Re: Comment postings
@hov1s@;
You have to specify your flickr profile at your flag counter management. That's all. Flag Counter will count each visits of your counter of your flickr profile. See one of my previous posts on this topic (#18) for better instructions (I did it step by step and prepared a little tutorial on that).

Sorry Sir,
I can't confirm your observation. I placed the my counter as described and it works perfectly on Flickr. Means, I will keep the provided information on my site online.

Re: Comment postings
Right. This is my last question. I have my FC counter on my Flickr profile page. I am a free user. I watched Jens' slideshow. Thx 4 that. So, do any Flickr profile page visits still count on FC 4 free users. An answer that starts 'yes' or 'no' would be helpful.

Lorelei,
It works the same as it did when this thread was started, for both free and paid customers.

Re: Comment postings
Jeremy. Let me make the question simpler. Can I leave my counter on my Flickr profile page as it is, so it still counts ? Like before. I am not Pro so I cannot specify allowed domains, right ? Reading this thread makes things more confusing.

Re: Comment postings
Yes and yes you can use the described feature of the allowed domains page as a free user.

It did work perfectly for me also but Flickr changed the rules and it no longer works. When I edited my profile the counter went away and it can not be placed in the comment section. It can be previewed in the comment section but not posted. The below is what I'm using and it did work but not now, if you see a problem with my code please let me know. Thanks Jens

The below is the Flickr message I get when posting in the comment section:
Hey! A URL or phrase that you tried to post has been used for abuse on Flickr before. (ex. SPAM) If that's you, stop it! If that's not you, sorry, but you can't post it.
