The difference is that LICA was annoying everybody. Bailon is trying to do his best.  IMO
Nobody was saying that each proposal is a good one.

I think it would be better to say, "Hey Bailon, that will not work due to these or those reasons."

The forum does not count whether the proposal is good or bad just then who wrote it. If this proposal would have given you Paul Rod and it would immediately wszycy for. It does not matter who proposed it only as far as is liked. This is the truth. I always like to mention the hapless chopciażby Papua New Guinea is immediately attacked me, though I know it could already be added. For several months in the visitor log and regions are available. But not because I'm writing about it. All this is already beginning to be frustrating.
