There are some (more or less) automatic processes but then OS/Browser would not change (unless I am not aware about the latest tech in flagcollecting :D )...
I honestly don't know what you should do, if you think somebody is doing it just ask and tell to stop
Or wait it probably won't go on forever ;)

With such code it's unclickable, yeah.
Change it to something like this:

I'm not very expert on html but this should do the trick

Looks like your website is under 'https' (check^^)
Visits get redirected through some server which is located in texas (or something that work like this)
There were a few threads about this recently but I can't find them
