what? just look at your counter image and edit it to your liking
example with mine
the number after "columns_" is number of columns
the number after "maxflags_" is max number of flags

Well you can simply use the same counter on different pages
otherwise
Syncing is not possible

Did you register it with a email?
If yes admin can help you
If not, try to see if it's still in your browser cache or try to remember its link

Since a few hours
can't load images (sometimes they load, mostly not)

There are actual North Koreans around the net (or tourists perhaps) but yea it's quite an amount of work to get visits from there

If you don't give any link to your flagcounter IMAGE then it's not possible to help you
