Nobody has got more than 251 countries. If you get 252, then post it.

Do you really think you are going to collect all these difficult flags on http://aworldoftickets.blogspot.com when there are only 41 on the site at the time of this post ?
Needing visits from British Indian Ocean Territory, Caribbean Netherlands, Kiribati, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Saint Barthelemy, South Sudan, Wallis and Futuna, Antarctica.

Countries often changes their names. Especially if they've been colonies and then get independence. It's just part of life.

Netherlands Antilles (Doesn't exist anymore)
Heard Island and McDonald Islands &
Bouvet Island ( Both have no permanent populations and will not be assigned IP's)

Antarctica and the United States Minor Outlying Islands do not have a permanent population, but they have IP. Why?

Territories such as Antarctica, United States Minor Outlying Islands, French Southern and Antarctic Lands & South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands. All have research stations and populations of scientists all year round. Ips for these Territories are from satellite communications. Service providers can register IPs to almost any country. Making these territories practically impossible to collect. Most hits on FC have been from VPNs.

Western Sahara, Svalbard, United States Minor Outlying Islands, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Norfolk Island, Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands & Tokelau have all had new IP ranges assigned to them. Making them a little easier.

If you are a new collector 248 is the highest number you can collect, even though 250 still have IPs. (2 are inactive and currently, cannot have new IPs assigned to them)

Hope that helps everyone

That certainly helps, Rod. Thanks for the update.

These are all possible, but by "unconventional means". Rule number 10.

This seems to be the only active flag that I am still missing.
Does anybody have any info on it, or any ideas how to get it? All help will be apreciated!!

MECnk and ZbQh guys - probably the former - know how to get it but they hide and deny everything.

So who are you?,  hiding behind a fake profile on the forum

Seems like it. Far too similar a name to be co-incidence.
