Skopje does have a city assigned, but not the region, since the region has no ISO. And as for the regions that died 10 months ago, the providers reassigned them to different ones or simply removed the geolocation data from the IPs. It's that simple. FC is based on Maxmind's GeoIP2 database that updates twice a week so the data changes VERY often

Those are IPs that the providers never assigned regional data to. In Macedonia's case, though, most of them are Skopje, which has no ISO code

Are they all from Singapore? Because if yes, then they're some new (probably Google) crawlers and bots. I've had quite a few visits from those in the last 14 days too

Hello and welcome. Just a heads-up: Flickr uses a proxy of sorts to load images and it also changes the URLs to flickr.com/something, which means your counter may not register the visits
