Flag counter on an ssl site

Hi! I'm a programmer for a website where flagcounter is pretty popular. We are in the process of transitioning our site to use ssl. For most external images, we are using this (https://github.com/atmos/camo) to proxy external images, so that they are also served via ssl, and our users do not receive mixed-content warnings from their browers.

However, that would likely break flagcounters, since all requests would seem to come from our servers.

Is there any way we can allow our users to continue to use flagcounter, without our users receiving mixed content warnings? Ideally, flagcounter would offer an https version of its product--i see that if I change a flag counter image link to https, I get a message saying to upgrade to pro for https, but I don't know if that is actually true, since it isn't listed as a benefit of a pro account on the upgrade page.

Yes, you can use SSL with Flag Counter Pro.

Great, I'll tell users they have to upgrade if they want their flag counters to keep working. I doubt they'll be happy about it, but it has to be done.
