We are going to be making some server configuration changes soon, and if you created your counter prior to 2009, we are asking for your help.  The code for these counters does not have a server number in it, and we are asking you to add the server number (which is s01)

The affected counters have a code that looks something like this:

If your counter does not have a server number, as shown above, this means you are one of our very first customers!  We would want you to change your link and image code from "flagcounter.com" to "s01.flagcounter.com", with the end result looking similar to this:

Alternatively, you can use the "Regenerate HTML" link on your counter's statistics page and generate a new code for your counter to place on your site.

This will not change your number of flags, or any other information.  If the change is not made, the counter will continue to function, but it may load slightly slower in the near future.
