Whatever you suggest to add, amend or to remove from the list, it depends on Paul to do it deliberately. It is his topic

I considered this option as well. Paul's last time online is just a month ago and he might check this topic from time to time.
Let's discuss it again at the end of this month (August).

I seem to remember a couple of years ago posting a question when it was marked here as impossible because I had recent visits, and someone (probably either you or Paul) pointed out that it had been removed from use and replaced with a new region. Unfortunately, that post would probably have been in this thread, and so would have got deleted at some point.

Not exactly. The only city that used to count as Khentii was Darkhan, which now correctly counts as Darkhan-Uul. If someone assigns IPs to Ondorkhaan (for example), it will count again.
