The page when you click on your counter to view your statistics. "Upgrade" is in the top right corner.

Problem is I cannot click that link as I'm seeing an upgrade banner on the place of my counter

The link should still function regardless of what your counter is displaying, unless you have removed the link from your code.

Need help: when clicking on my Flag Counter (on this page: http://boardgamegeek.com/user/santafelis) the site does not appear. And that means I cannot upgrade to Flag Counter Pro. But I want to, 'cause since October only US-flags are counted ... because of the httpS-problem.

The link on your counter is currently https://info.flagcounter.com/XVAl when it should be http://info.flagcounter.com/XVAl

So the one and only way to collect more flags with httpS://BoardGameGeek.com is to use Flag Counter Pro, isn't it?

Another question: is it possible to erase some counted flags? Over the last two months I collected only US flags (about 400) because every visitor was regarded as a inhabitant of the Texan server position.

I just want to clean up and to start from where I "stopped" in October.

No, it is not possible to delete counted flags.

Is there not a setup page for new users? I paid for the PRO version but literally do not know where to start for setting up in WordPress.com and the only link you show does not work.
