Flag Counter Forum / Flags not available

What are the currently unavailable flags?

I know only about EH (Western Sahara). Are there any others where you can't get a flag from?
I mean there might be Internet access in some places but that doesn't give a flag only an "Unknown Satellite Provider" mark. What are these places?

BV - Bouvet Island
CC - Cocos Islands
CX - Christmas Islands
EH - Western Sahara
GS - South Georgia
HM - Heard / McDonald Island
IO - British Indian Ocean Territory (currently not available)
MF - Saint Martin (currently not available)
NF - Norfolk Island
NR - Nauru (currently not available)
PN - Pitcairn
SJ - Svalbard [Spitzbergen]
TF - French Southern / Antarctic
TK - Tokelau (used to be but not anymore)

if anyone knows better, just tell me

Saint Helena is available and North Cyprus doesn't exist.

Pitcairn is not available. I had a visit from the only computer present on the island, and it was counted as Auckland, New Zealand.
