Flag Counter Forum / Peru flag

In the Google Analytics, I can see a visitor from Peru, but the Peru-flag did not appear in the Flag-counter.
I think this is a visitor not a bot because Google Analytics says:
"In Google Analytics 4 properties, traffic from bots and spiders is automatically excluded."

Do you know what wrong with this ?

Hi melody,
Please ensure you have your counter installed on all pages that your other statistics are tracking. It's also possible that someone loaded your page partially, or that they have ad blocking software that might have mistakenly blocked the counter.

Der er only a mainpage in my wordpress-blog.
Maybe you are right that they have ad blocking software.
How many seconds a visitor will be at the page before Flag-counter begins at count ?
