Flag Counter Forum / Next problem!!!

Hello Mr. Jeremy!
Can you tell me where my 38 visits are today between 01:00 and 10:00 a.m.??? They are in the section "VISITOR LOG" and have not been added to my Flag Counter!!!
If you can, answer me.

The servers have been reset and the visits are lost

So will they come back? It has happened to me and I lost already obtained regional flag!!
It's my Newest Region and on the Missing Regions list at the same time!!

Jeremy, please update Ghana regions, fix Kenya, Madagascar, City of London and Greater, London and delete Pakistan's Federally Administered Tribal Areas as it's obsolete!

The s01 and s05 servers were recently down for several hours overnight due to a migration to a new facility where the servers were physically moved from one location to another. We apologize that we did not provide advanced notice as we unfortunately did not receive notice of the exact date that this was going to occur.

No, you can't delete collected flags. You can reset your counter but then you'll lose all collected flags.

I am wondering if you can make an exception...I asked that question because there is no doubt China should not be the 2nd most popular country in the list of countries. I suspect the anacronym we had original chosen as the url name was ALSO a Korean porn site on a Chinese server. We subsequently changed the url name but because we are a genealogical website it could not possibly be 160 hits from China!!!! Thx.

We do not allow for the deletion of flags. The purpose of our service is to accurately reflect your visitors.
