Hi, does Flagcounter com comply with EU GDPR legislation and do you have a compliancy statement regarding the data you collect?

I'm curious about this as well. One of my customers uses the Flag Counter on several of their sites, and they'll need to be GDPR-compliant by May 25, 2018. We need to know if the Flag Counter has to be removed when tracking consent isn't given by a visitor.

Great to see that I am not the only one interested in this answer! all european users have an obligation to be GDPR compliant by law.

Is using flagcounter gdpr compliant? Is there some warning we must put on our website to be?
