The Kanaka Maoli flag has green, red, yellow stripes. At the center of the flag is a green ornamental, protective shield that bears the coat of arms that is composed of a Kahili in front of two crossed, pointed paddles. It is alleged to predate the current red/white/blue Kingdom of Hawaii, later State of Hawaii, flag.

is this it?

"Associazione Lunezia" (I think in English it should be "Lunetia"). It is an ancient project to unite some territories from 4 Italian Regions (eastern Liguria, northwestern Tuscany, western Emilia-Romagna and southeastern Lombardy) and to make a new Region.
The purpose will be not realized; however the flag is official and registered

(A little help - It is a country that disappeared in 1864, after several centuries of life)

The Wiphala  is a square emblem, commonly used as a flag, representing some native peoples of the Andes that include today's BoliviaPeruEcuador and parts of ArgentinaChile and Colombia. The suyu wiphalas are composed of a 7 × 7 square patchwork in seven colours, arranged diagonally. The precise configuration depends on the particular suyu represented by the emblem. The colour of the longest diagonal line (seven squares) determines which of the four suyus (regions) the flag represents: white for Qullasuyu, yellow for Kuntisuyu, red for Chinchaysuyu, and green for Antisuyu. There is also an alternate pattern for the Wiphala for Antinsuyu. Additionally a Wiphala also exists for Tupac Katari and the Tupac Katari Guerrilla Army.=14pxWikipédia
