Your first flag can be any flag, if you use "unconventional means". Like I am using a server based in Iceland. I have never been there. And it counts as EU. Is Iceland in the EU ? No.

I don't believe that your way of obtaining the first flag was the intention of a thread introduced in 2010.
Or am I wrong?
