Jeremy reduced the number of regions in Morocco

This corresponds to the administrative-territorial division of Morocco from September 2015 (12 regions)

Two members of the Club 2000 received Dahle-Ouad Ed-Dahab Morocco.
These are the first visits since 2013

Jeremy added new regions of Tanzania, Papua New Guinea, Panama, Thailand, Zambia.

The difficult regions of Kuwait, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Saint Lucia, Thailand, Tanzania, Zambia are added to the table of rare regional flags.

Al Ahmadi really isn't rare.

I would personally break it down, to things like Uncommon, Rare and Dead,

The dead one may become alive someday.

It seems to me that when they are in the same table, where the country is in alphabetical order, it is convenient.

Some do, but I've been collecting for a long time, and they sometimes need some help to be alive again
