Flag Counter Forum / Dead zone. My baker's dozen

Dead zone - is the name of the novel by Stephen King.
In the list of flags of regions that are not from me, I see a dead zone - regions that are very difficult (or impossible?) To get. It:
1. The Brcko District (Bosnia and Herzegovina). 2. Saba, St. Eustatius (Caribbean Netherlands). 3. Abkhazia (Georgia). 4. Baikonur (Kazakhstan). 5. Diekirch, Grevenmacher (Liechtenstein) 6. Ceuta, Melilla (Spain). 7. Khatlon and Gorno-Badakhshan (Tajikistan). 8. Vayots Dzor (Armenia). 9.Urugvay (17 regions out of 19) 10. Canillo (Andorra) 11. Senegal (13 of 14) 12. Sri Lanka (8 of 9) 13. Zimbabwe (9 of 10).

What I forgot to call? And how are you? Which regions are very difficult to obtain?

your numbers, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 are all possible all have alive IP's
and Ceuta, Melilla and Canillo are rather easy if you ask people from there.

Uruguay has always been a tough country about 10/19 are possible and shouldn't be hard.

Senegal 11/14 are very possible the other 3 are very rare

Sri Lanka ( Just forget it, it's good days are long gone)

Zimbabwe 9/10 are very possible only Masvingo seems to be dead again

I know that doesn't help you get them or more of them, but it's just a little advise.

...Only, it seems to me, with Abkhazia and Baikonur is not so simple. I asked the people there - they have Russian IP ...

Abkhazia try only in Sukhumi, seems now to be the only city/town that counts at the moment.
But i promise it is alive there are Ip's for Sukhumi Abkhazia.

Baykonyr I have done some looking, it seems to have reverted back to Unknown KZ or Moscow RU.
It was possible in November.

Good Luck they are hard Flags to get visits from.

How to Antigua and Barbuda, Redonda? It has no permanent population, but it has an IP.

Redonda has an ISO assigned but no IP addresses as it's not populated...

Very annoying as it's one of two regional flags I'm missing
