Why is it so hard to get visits from the departments of Uruguay? For half a year - only to Montevideo. And how are you?

Perhaps in Uruguay some one powerful provider. Therefore, the distribution of IP addresses exclusively from Montevideo. But there are other IP addresses?

A Lot of the time, its up to the provider to send corrections for where the IP is registered. Which is never a priority.
Also most IPs are registered where the provider is based out of not the location of the customer.
