Would you consider creating a new forum (if that is the right word?) in the Flag Discussion area to host Flag Offers from permanent or long term residents in a country? It could have a thread devoted to each individual country you have a flag for, and permanent or long term residents in that country could post to that country's thread. These could then be threads that stay open. And if there were just one thread devoted to each country, there wouldn't be a difficult number of them to search through to find any particular country. The then existing Flag Offers forum could be made to be a Flag Offers - Limited Time Only forum, since that seemed to be what it already mostly contained? Just an idea I wanted to suggest.
