My first vote goes to Nauru
in first place because it's my (only) missing flag
secondly because whenever I get a visit from supposedly somebody who is in Nauru it counts as Kiribati Life is hard...

My second vote goes to Saint Helena
because well statistically it's a bit hard

Yep, Nauru.

If we are talking real visits, Nauru is the most difficult. But it can be done (is this still correct?). Saint Helena is not that difficult. I was the one who first found it. When they got their own internet connection and I know someone who lived there. I would also say that Niue is one of the most difficult. And Eritrea.

ye it's still available I know few guys who got one or two hits in the last weeks/months

Talking about African countries I think Somalia and Guinea-Bissau are harder than Eritrea

I would say Nauru. Also, Wallis & Futuna is pretty difficult most of the time.
