Flag Counter Forum / French Southern and Antarctic Lands (TF)

This seems to be the only active flag that I am still missing.
Does anybody have any info on it, or any ideas how to get it? All help will be apreciated!!

MECnk and ZbQh guys - probably the former - know how to get it but they hide and deny everything.
