Rare region is Oros Athos, Greece. The monks there do not use the internet very often!

There are places there you can get a hit from though. And Bouvet isn't that rare anymore

I will be in Athos on 24th of March for 4 days. I live very near. I will try to get some flags. Is it a good idea to try get flags by mobile phone using the mobile phone network? As I know all the internet providers for Athos are located in Thessaloniki and probably they are registering ac Central Macedonia. Maybe the mobile phone network gives geolocation data for fc.

They are, yes, but we've changed a few, mostly mobile IPs, to Athos. Those that are used there
