"Czechia", not "Czech Republic"

I seriously invite the webmaster to change the label "Czech Republic" into "Czechia". It is official.
Czech Republic officials say country would like to be called 'Czechia' instead
Foreign minister Lubomir Zaoralek told reporters the government decided to take action because ‘there have been distortions and misspellings’

Why when official Czech websites still use the Czech Republic  (official tourism website)  ( Senate Website)  (Government Website)

So No it's not going to change until it's more than a news headline fluff piece.

Re: "Czechia", not "Czech Republic"

We do have a habit of using the Conventional short form name as indicated in the CIA World Factbook. i.e. we use Russia instead of Russian Federation and United States instead of United States of America. I do see that the Factbook does list the short form as Czerchia at this time, and it looks like Google Maps and Apple have made the change already. If enough users would like to see this change, we can certainly consider it, but Czech Republic does remain a valid name for the country.

Re: "Czechia", not "Czech Republic"

"Czechia" is already recognized in this website, at the page
...Czechia, and Slovakia became... The country changed its short-form name to Czechia in 2016.
Country name: conventional long form: Czech Republic
conventional short form: Czechia
local long form: Ceska republika
local short form: Cesko
Czechia is a stable and prosperous market... Czechia produced more than a million cars...

The official definition "Czech Republic" remains, as well as in the official name of Germany is "Federal Republic of Germany" ("Bundesrepublik Deutschland"), of Estonia is "Estonian Free State" ("Eesti Vabariik") and of France is "French Republic" ("République Française")

Everybody calls the country where I live "Italy" ("Italia"), but in all official documents there is written all the times "Italian Republic" ("Repubblica Italiana").
The point is that the Czech government, lately, asked for being called "Czechia" officially as a short-form.
Here is the cover of an Italian passport. You will never read "Italia", but "Repubblica Italiana", as well as on the identity cards, on the driving licenses, etc.

Re: "Czechia", not "Czech Republic"

The fact that a country (or more precisely, some country's government) wants to be known with a particular name over another abroad, doesn't mean we have to agree. Personally, I think Czechia sounds silly and won't use it. I think it is up to FC to name them whatever way they prefer.

C_Z_E_C_H_I_A = 7 digits
_C_Z_E_C_H_(space)_ R_E_P_U_B_L_I_C_ = 14 digits
I think it is a nonsense to use a longer expression instead of a short one, with the same sound.
"Czechia", by nature.
